At this visit, growth is assessed by measuring weight, height, and BMI (body mass index). In addition, nutrition and exercise counseling is offered. Development and behavior are evaluated through their adjustment to school and performance academically.
Vaccines are not required but catch up shots are offered. An Influenza vaccine may be offered depending on availability.
Vision and hearing tests are completed.
