At this visit, growth and developmental milestones are assessed. If not already done, review results of the Newborn Metabolic Screen done at birth as well as at the 1-2 week visit. Discuss parental and family adjustment to new routines.
The following vaccines are recommended at this age- DTaP, IPV, Hib, Prevnar, Rotateq. These vaccines may be given individually or in combination.
