At this visit, nutrition and exercise counseling is offered. Questionnaires include screenings for cardiac, cholesterol, tuberculosis.
Vaccines include Tdap, HPV, and Meningitis. An Influenza vaccine may be offered depending on availability.
Vision and hearing tests are completed. Fasting labs may be ordered at this visit to check for anemia, cholesterol and diabetes.
